Policies
Check-In Time: Guests are welcome to arrive and check-in between 3:00 and 6:00 PM. Please make prior arrangements with us if these times are inconvenient. Check-Out Time: Check-out time is 11:00 AM unless prior arrangements are made.
Availability: Reservations and availability of suites to make reservations may be viewed on-line by clicking on Availability, Room Rates & On-Line Bookings
We have a two night minimum stay. Circumstances permitting, we will accept a 1 night stay with an additional $50 surcharge. -
- Reservations: Reservations may be made by telephone, by clicking on Availability, Room Rates & On-Line Bookings on the website, or by email. Reservations are held with a deposit.

- Deposit: In order to confirm your reservation we require a deposit of fifty per cent (50%) of the total charge for your visit. The remaining balance due will be charged to your credit card 14 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

- Cancellation and Refunds: There is a $25.00 service fee for cancellations made 14 days before your arrival time. If a cancellation is made during the 14 days before your arrival time, no refund will be provided unless we are able to rebook your room. Note: Gem Show and Holiday weeks and weekends, as well as groups that reserve three or more rooms, require 60 days notification to receive a refund.

Children: We welcome children eight (8) and older. Younger children are accepted if they are able to swim. Parents or their designee are responsible for supervising their children. Babysitting may be arranged for you upon request.
Pets: Due to allergies, pets are not allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is allowed only in limited outdoor areas. Kitchen: Our food preparation kitchen is licensed and regulated by the Pima County Health Department.
Swimming and Hot Tub Responsibilities: Guests swim and use the hot tub at their own risk. Children under 16 sixteen years of age must be supervised by an adult who can swim. Pregnant women may not use the hot tub unless approved by their physician. Glass is not allowed around the pool or hot tub. Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available by mail, telephone or email. Upon receipt of payment a Gift Certificate will be mailed to your designee. -
