Voted by Guests, "Most Affordable Luxury" - Arrington's Inn Traveler Trip Advisor Traveler Rating: 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! February 25, 2008 "End Your search Here" Everything was absolutely perfect during our 6 night stay at the Casa Luna. The website for Casa Luna is accurate. However, there were many other positive aspects not shared. Nancy, the owner, is an amazing inn keeper! She pays attention to every detail from the room decor, amenities, the beautifully landscaped property, as well as to the five star-like breakfasts! Everything has her attention and special touch. The nights were quiet and restful. We enjoyed using the hot tub. We looked forward to the coffee tray that was left outside on the patio table each morning. The breakfast table was always beautifully arranged and the breakfast she served was creative, ample, and delicious. We stayed for a week and each breakfast was a different adventure. (Nancy even provided us with a take along breakfast the day we had to leave early for the airport.) She often printed info from the Internet, gave advice and directions ... her goal was to provide whatever she could to make our stay memorable. I have always loved staying at luxury hotels, but this time we wanted a different experience. We both felt that our stay at the Casa Luna was exceptional! So, end your search with Casa Luna, this is a top-notch establishment run by a very creative, caring, and competent inn keeper. We are looking forward to our next visit at the Casa Luna. Trip Advisor Traveler Rating: 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! December 5, 2007: "Was Great" I would definitely recommend Casa Luna Bed and Breakfast to anyone (and already have). The grounds were beautiful. My boyfriend and I stayed in the "Artist's Retreat", and it was great. We had a private entrance with courtyard and fountain, a jacuzzi tub, king-sized Tempurpedic mattress, Bose surround sound, big screen TV. I must tell you that I scored a perfect 10 with doing this for my boyfriend's birthday. The room had a view over the desert with plenty of vegetation. There was a bottle of wine and little snacks when we got there, and there was coffee and tea delivered to our door in the morning. I was excited to see what was for breakfast, and I wasn't disappointed. The gourmet breakfast was great, and was the perfect ending to a perfect stay. I have gotten very surprised looks from friends and co-workers when I tell them I stayed at a beautiful b&b in Tucson, but if you want a great retreat, I would definitely consider "Casa Luna" Trip Advisor Traveler Rating: 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! November 26, 2007: "The Best B and B in Tucson" This is the best B & B we've ever stayed in and we've tried many! The Bogart Suite was the most romantic room and the bed was a real dream. There was so many little things that Nancy did for us , from the welcome bottle of wine and basket of goodies to the coffee service provided every morning with fresh flowers and a little pastry to start out our day. Her breakfasts were amazing served on a table set with gorgeous china place settings and more fresh flowers! The jacuzzi was a wonderful addition to our evening entertainment and with a full moon, it was very romantic! It's obvious that Nancy cares about Casa Luna and the people who are her quests. She was always very gracious and helpful. We felt truly pampered and will return many more times!! Trip Advisor Traveler Rating: 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! November 7, 2007; "Wonderful B and B" The Casa Luna is one of the best bed and breakfasts that my wife and I have stayed in. This is a beautiful property in the foothills of the mountains and is also close to many excellent restaurants in the Tucson area. Our room, the Bogart Room, was spacious, extremely clean and nicely decorated. The owner had provided snacks and a bottle of wine upon our arrival which was a very nice touch. Our room opened onto the Spanish style courtyard and pool and provided us with welcomed privacy and serenity. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the sound of flowing water in the courtyard fountains provided the perfect background for a good nights rest. In the morning the owner provided a delicious homemade breakfast at our own outside courtyard table. We highly recommend the Casa Luna. Trip Advisor Traveler Rating: 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!! August 28, 2007 Tucson: "Magical and Relaxing time at Casa Luna" I rented out the Miles Davis and Picasso rooms while me, my husband, and my parents vacationed in Tucson...We were all extremely impressed by how beautifully decorated, cozy, and relaxing Casa Luna was. The Casa Luna staff was super accommodating and friendly. We are all looking forward to staying there again and would recommend this to anyone who is seeking a relaxing time surrounded by colorful art, books, and music...Truly an art-lover's haven... Trip advisor Traveler rating: 5 stars!!!!!!! March 26, 2007 Tucson: Casa Luna: "Labor of Love" Just back from a delightful 4-night stay in the Miles Davis suite at Casa Luna. Nancy, the owner, clearly loves the wonderful haven she has created, and she clearly loves to make you comfortable. Everything is beautifully done, from the room decor (signed autographs of jazz greats) to the reading material (lots of Tucson guide books and maps), from the well stocked greatroom (bottled water to wine) to the patio with pool and hot tub (sighs of pleasure after a long horseback ride). We had very early golf tee times and Nancy brought us coffee extra early and also fixed us delicious breakfasts "to go" without our even asking. This is definitely the best place to stay in Tucson! Trip advisor Traveler rating: 5 stars!!!!!!! December 12, 2006 Tucson: Casa Luna: "Beautiful B&B - very nice attention to detail"Dec 12, 2006 We stayed at the Casa Luna for long weekend while we were in town for a wedding. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful our suite (the Artist's Retreat) was -- huge bathroom, high-end decor, and a genuinely nice hostess. Nancy is an amazing cook and really puts out an effort to pay attention to detail to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Tucson. trip advisor Traveler rating: 5 stars!!!!!!!! Tucson: Casa Luna: "A Fabulous Experience....Denver, CO" Nov 3, 2006 As well seasoned travelers who have enjoyed many beautiful bed & breakfast inns across the country, the Casa Luna does not disappoint. This is a gorgeous inn that sits in the foothills of Tucson, very convenient to anywhere you might want to go. My husband and I arrived at night and were somewhat lost. I called and spoke with Nancy, who provided excellent directions to the inn, along with a genuine concern for us. I could tell immediately that she was an exceptional hostess just from that phone call. When we arrived at the inn, it was just beautiful....twinkling lights lit up the pool area and landscaping. I could have stayed out there all night looking at how pretty it was. Nancy greeted us warmly and offered to help us with our bags. We stayed in the Artists Suite, which is very private and gorgeous. It has its own private patio area with lovely landscaping. The room itself was huge, with a large well equipped bath. The jacuzzi tub was great after a long day of sitting in the car. And the towels were the softest I have felt. The tempurpedic mattress was superb...we both slept like rocks. There was a bottle of wine and many snacks and soft drinks waiting for us in our room. What a thoughtful addition! All of the pamphlets and information in the room guided us to a delicious meal of authentic mexican food that night.....and it was very close by. We left the windows open at night where we could hear the fountain flowing peacefully. So relaxing! Each morning we found a well set tray of coffee, juice and an extra goody to our private patio table...one morning was a bowl of ripe red strawberries, the other were delicious wedding cookies. Breakfast was wonderful at beautifully set tables. Every amenity and comfort you could think of is taken care of at this inn. We would not hesitate to stay again....I don't think anything could top our wonderful experience. Wish we could have stayed another day! We will definitely be back, and choose the same lovely room. Thank you, Nancy, for a great first visit to Tucson and for all of your hospitality. You have succeeded in creating an amazing, magical place in Casa-Luna. We look forward to having the opportunity to return to the southwest, and when we do, we will definitely come back to Casa-Luna!" Sean and Jenn, November, 2006 We can't thank you enough for your wonderful hospitality!! Casa-Luna is a peaceful, rejuvenating retreat. It made my our visit to Tucson memorable and I will recommend it to anyone who travels to Arizona!!" Art and Elaine, September, 2006 Thank you again for taking such good care of us while we visited "the Casa". It was far and away the BEST of our many bed and breakfast experiences. Rob and Tracy, August, 2006 Thank you again and again... my second time here and just as relaxing as the first! I feel re-newed with energy and hope and it begins the moment I walk through the gate! Please know that what you have created here holds whatever a person is looking for! "Peace of mind" for me and not a care in the world for a few days. Pam, June 2006 Yahoo Reader Review: 5 Stars!!!!!! Relaxing oasis, by a Yahoo User from York, UK, May, 2006 Nancy, the innkeeper, is a great host and takes excellent care of you. Her breakfasts are a delight and served in fantastic surroundings right outside your door at your own table. The communal pool and hot tub are excellent, as are the gardens which provide secluded spots for having your coffee. We enjoyed returning each day after sightseeing to our comfortable and well-appointed room, the Bogart suite. The air conditioning is so good that we had to ask Nancy to turn it down a bit for us! Being on the east side of Tucson, access is better to the mountains and the western half of Saguaro National Park, but we easily took day trips to the Arizona Sanoran Desert Museum to the west. Casa Luna is a great place to stay in Tucson and we would definitely go there again. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality during my stay. Everything-- the room, welcome basket, meals-- was fantastic!! My deepest thanks to you for going above and beyond to make my stay the best. Marlene, March 2006 I want to thank you for a wonderful stay at Casa-Luna. Everything about our room was so beautifully considered. From the q-tips in the bathroom, the welcome basket on the table when we arrived, the wine in the refrigerator, and the amazing DVD selection. Those details, and of course, the amazing breakfast-- everything was designed to make our stay restful and enjoyable. As wonderful as all those details were, what really made the stay outstanding was your presence. Your warmth, interest in the arts, ability to be resilient and accommodate our daughter at breakfast were what made the stay feel like a home away from home. I loved being able to share your art with you and talk about art, poetry, dance, and counseling(!). We came away feeling as if we'd made friends. Now what could be nicer than that? Lara, February, 2006 Trip Advisor Traveler rating: Five-Stars! "Hands down, our best Tucson B&B experience ever. We stayed in the Artist's Retreat, which is probably the most private. We were tired and even a little under the weather, but the place really perked us up, as did the hospitality of Nancy, the host. Very pleasant room, comfy Tempurpedic bed, best breakfast I have ever had." A TripAdvisor Member, Irvine, CA; January, 2006 So many thanks for your hospitality over Christmas, we loved being your guests we felt so special. Our breakfasts were nothing less than incredibly sensual — I wish I was a growing boy and could've eaten twice as much, I really didn't want to stop. When we returned to Phoenix, I headed to Pier 1 imports and must've purchased a dozen throw pillows. I told my husband to blame you, I wanted to duplicate some of the coziness of your eclectic decor. And, it worked. :-) Vickie and Jack, December, 2005 | | What an exquisite stay! Our hopes for finding a sanctuary for the senses and soul were more than fulfilled here at Casa-Luna. Your gracious and relaxed hospitality is the foundation for your tranquil retreat. You have managed to weave a tapestry of beauty, warmth, relaxation, and thoughtful comfort that graces every room and space throughout the property. We cannot thank you enough for our lovely weekend. We plan to return again and again. Kindest regards,Rhonda and Dennis, December 2005 | | Had to contact you and Thank You for an absolutely wonderful stay, - Casa Luna is just breathtaking!!! William and Barbara, October 2005 | | Thank you very much to both of you... Excellent food (we loved your empanadas), excellent service... a nice and peaceful getaway in your lovely home. We will be back! Cheers, Ramon and Julie, August 5-7, 2005 | | Here's what we are telling all of our friends... Casa-Luna is a great bed & breakfast, and we heartily recommend it. Owners Stu & Nancy create at-home privacy at their 2+ acre mountain foothills retreat. Though the expected amenities (pool, hot tub, panoramic views, 5-star-worthy breakfasts, etc.) are memorable and well worth the competitive room rate, it's the little things (thematic room decor, books & artsy-craftsy supplies, cozy cuddle-up nooks in- and outdoors, etc.) and the owners' sincere and comprehensive "host-ability" that make Casa-Luna our "home away from home." Jim and Terry, July 2006 | | Nancy - We just wanted to thank you for everything you've done for us. You made our special day even more wonderful. We are so glad we chose to have our wedding at Casa-Luna... we will definitely be back for a getaway in the near future! Again , thank you for you kindness. Chad and Brandy, (married at Casa-Luna), May 29, 2005 | | Casa Luna is fabulous! The location is perfect for enjoying all of Tucson, the setting is beautiful, the rooms are charming, the proprietors are welcoming but not intrusive, and the breakfasts are sumptuous and elegant. Barbara Chandler, May 20-23, 2005 | | Nancy - Thank you so much for joining us in celebration of our marriage. You helped to make everything perfect, and we plan on coming back soon. Toni and Steve, (married at Casa-Luna), April 2005 | | Hello, Nancy. I am assuming this email will reach you. I wanted to say goodbye, and thank you for you wonderful hospitality.
